Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by using our services.

Services: Alisciad offers personalized travel services to individuals. We work with you to create a customized itinerary based on your travel preferences.

Booking: To begin the process, you must complete the no-obligation questionnaire on our contact page and book a meeting with one of our travel advisors. After the initial consultation, we will create a customized itinerary for you. You will then be required to sign our client agreement contract and submit a deposit payment to secure our services.

Payment: The deposit payment is due upon signing our client agreement contract. The remaining balance is due when we deliver your complete itinerary and/or all corresponding details of your trip. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

Changes and Cancellation: In most cases, changes to your itinerary may be made up to 30 days before the start of your travel. Some hotels and airlines tickets with special rates may not allow changes after initial purchase. In such cases, our travel advisor will inform you of any restrictions before initiating these types of transactions.

Liability: Alisciad is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death during your travel. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, where our company is registered.
